Carry out employee recruitment, employment, orientation, training Prepare payment of monthly payroll and annual incentives, social welfare, taxes and pensions Promote company culture, give advice in employee communication Company representation with regard to personnel related investigations and meetingsResponsible for Environmental, Safety, and health programs and policies 1. Prepare the accurate and timely calculations of the each employee’s compensation. 2.. Submit the statutory contributions on a regular basis to governmental social security and taxing authorities. 3. Respond to employee questions regarding routine payroll issues. 4. Ensure that all payroll records are treated as confidential and are maintained in a secure manner. 5. .Attend yearly compensation survey as required. 6.Work with line managers to design, review and work out yearly recruitment plan that is aligned with business planning cycle. 7. Ensure all recruitment and employment steps align with HR policy and procedures. 8. Coordinate internally with departments and externally with job fairs/school/agents and candidates to organize recruitment activities/schedule or attend interview by self. 9. Establish, maintain all employees files and ensure that all employee data are complete, current and accurate. 10. Responsible for daily attendance checking. 11 .Manage all employees labor contracts. 1. Investigate disputes of employees and assist the HR manager resolve the issues.. 2. Assist HR manager to manage the Labor contract and related issues. 3.
