1. July.2005 ~Sep.2006,take charge the customer——Chunghwa Picture Tubes(fuzhou) Co.,Ltd(CPTF)product quality
-.work content:advanced the sampling testing,checked the shipment quality spec,writed 8D Report, customer audit
-.work achievement:16V RF new model successful using,achieved product quality defect rate target,built the CPTF TM defect manage system and winned a high prize

2.Sep.2006 ~Oct.2007,take charge of Shadow Mask quality control for domestic customers,including Samsung SDI,LP Display,Panasonic(Beijing),CPTF etc.
-.work content:through the CS people to collect customer information,customer claim handling,used for QC 7 tools to improve the quality
-.work achievement:Customer satisfactions B level up to A

3.Otc.2007 ~Present,Shadow Mask QA supervisor,and charge of the overseas customer such as LG(Indonesia),SDI(Malaysia)
-.work content:Total shipment quality level control
New material applicability
Overseas customer quality problem handling (Including SDI Malaysia, LPD Indonesia, CPT Malaysia,Samtel)
-.work achievement: exceed SCR target
